PUFF PACK SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy and Fees
The Puff Pack offers a simple shipping solution for our subscription based boxes to customers in the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges apply for customers in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. The Puff Pack is not responsible for any additional fees that customs may charge including taxes or duties, nor are we responsible for any items that may be confiscated by customs. We ship orders Monday-Friday and regular orders usually ship within 3 business days and subscription boxes within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Example: If you place an order on a Friday after 6:00 AM local time, the order will usually be shipped the following Wednesday. During busier shipping times, please allow for one extra day of processing time.
Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Please note that orders are processed quickly, and once an order is placed we may be unable to modify your shipping method. We hope you enjoy our fast processing and shipping speeds but please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information which you may use to contact the carrier for more information on retrieving your package at the correct address, or arrange for the package to be held for pickup. Making changes through the carrier can incur additional fees.
The Puff Pack is NOT responsible for shipping problems resulting from user errors during checkout or for packages that are lost and/or stolen during transit. Should your order be returned to us due to an invalid shipping address resulting from an input error when placing the order, you will have the option to have the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. If you do not want your package re-sent, we will refund your order, less any shipping and handling fees. If your order is lost and/or stolen, you will be required to contact the carrier to file a claim before reaching out to The Puff Pack for a replacement.
If you are not happy with your The Puff Pack subscription box purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your first box within ten (10) days of the delivery date, provided you contact and notify us of your intent to return your order.
Following receipt of your first subscription box, any additional box may be returned according to the guidelines below.
Non-subscription purchases and/or subscriptions boxes may be returned or exchanged within ten (10) days of delivery if items are in new, unused condition. If you receive a damaged item, please email us a photo of the item at [email protected] and we will send a replacement item or issue a refund at no charge to you.
If you feel you have received a defective item, please send us an email to [email protected] with the details of the specific issues you are having and we will assist you. Any defective items returned to The Puff Pack that are tested and determined not to be defective will incur a restocking fee up to 50% of the price of the product. Proven defective items will be refunded or replaced.
Items being returned must be in their original condition with the packaging and must be shipped back with the same level of care that they were originally received in (bubble wrapped glass and packing material in the box). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund price if we provide you a pre-paid return shipping label. If we do not provide you a pre-paid return label, you will be responsible for providing us with the tracking information for your return.
We only accept returns from purchases made on ThePuffPack.com. Processing returns will be done within five (5) business days of receiving the package. Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for a credit to appear on your account, once processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Puff Pack only provides service for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. Orders will require adult signature upon delivery.
